Spicy Alfredo Bowtie Pasta


(based on Mom's Bowtie)

1/4 C olive oil
red pepper flakes to taste (we like quite a bit)
2 cloves of garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1 lb bowtie pasta
4 C water
1 C heavy cream
1/4 C butter
7 oz shredded parm (a small bag)
SAUTE the red pepper flakes & garlic in olive oil. Add salt & pepper to taste. Once garlic is toasted remove it (you can use minced garlic instead and leave it in). Add pasta & water. High pressure for 0 minutes. Slow release for 5 minutes and then release.
Put back on SAUTE and add heavy cream, butter & parm. stir until melty.
