1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp of salt
1 3/4 c of flour (all purpose)
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 c of cocoa
3/4 c of boiling water
