Shredded Sweet Pork

  • 1 4-6 lb. pork roast
  • 1 Cup salsa
  • 3/4 Cup brown sugar

Cook in slow cooker about 8 hours or till done. Pull apart with forks.

Mmmm... you know it's done when it's easy to shred with forks. It is SO delicious. Especially if you do the black beans and rice to go with it. :)

I like the pork in taco shells, but you could roll it into burritos or eat it on a taco salad... anyhow, delicious!
