Green Chili Burros

2 lb hamburger

1 (small) can el Pato

flour (1/4 c)

2 cans beef consomme

1 (small) can green chiles

Brown hamburger, add a little Worcestershire sauce then add green chiles and el pato. Add flour until beef is “gummy” and let it brown. Then add beef consomme (combine consomme with additional flour). Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve rolled in flour tortillas.
